• You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships

 

Shipping

• We currently ship within Canada and the USA.

• Truza Luxury is not responsible for carrier delays, customs fees, or incorrect shipping information

 

Returns & Exchanges

• You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is our error

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item

 

Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at truzaluxury@gmail.com

• After 24 hours, your order may already be processing and no longer eligible for cancellation
