Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

At Truza Luxury, we believe the shopping experience should feel as good as the pieces you wear. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we ship, return, and refund your orders - from our signature Truza Collection to our Curated Designer Collection.

📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking info.

Delivery Estimates

Most orders arrive on time, though delays can occur due to weather, customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect address info. If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 days of payment, email us at truzaluxury@gmail.com and we’ll assist you.

Shipping Notes

  • Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

  • Some third-party partners may only ship within Canada

  • Delivery times may be extended during peak sale seasons

  • If tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive your order - or if there are missing/incorrect items - please contact us within 3 days of the delivery date

  • Canceling items may affect your free shipping eligibility

 

Taxes

Applicable taxes (GST, PST, HST, QST) are calculated at checkout based on your region.

 

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable, including:

  • $11.50 fee for orders under $85

  • $18.99 fee for order over $85

  • Any upgraded shipping (express, expedited, etc.)

 

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

 

We accept returns on most items—but the process varies slightly between our in-house Truza Collection and our Curated Designer Collection, which ships directly from our trusted partner.

🖤 Returns – Truza Collection

  • Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, not damaged, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made a mistake

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

  • Outbound shipping charges are not refundable

 

✨ Returns – Curated Designer Collection

These items ship directly from our luxury supplier, Brandsgateway.

  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, and unused

  • A restocking or processing fee may apply depending on the item

  • Some designer items may be final sale—see product page for details

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • To begin a return, email us at truzaluxury@gmail.com

Note: Items that are returned late or show signs of wear will not be accepted and may be returned to you at your expense.

 

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • Bundled discounted items (e.g. 5 for $45 sets)

  • All swimwear (for hygienic reasons)

 

💳 Refund Details

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Please allow 3–7 business days for the credit to appear after approval

  • Return shipping and original delivery fees will be deducted from your total refund unless the return is due to our error
