We accept returns for most items within 14 days of delivery. The item(s) must be in its original, undamaged condition and packaging. *If item is damaged or has been worn or washed, refund will not be given. Customer's are responsible for shipping fee. Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. Refund Policy - The Basics A refund is initiated once the item has been received and checked to make sure it fits our return guidelines. This takes 24 hours from initiation and 3-7 business days for refunds to the original payment method. You can either order a new item before returning the old one or wait until your refund has been received to place a new order. Will I have to pay for return shipping fees? Yes, applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. The return shipping costs can vary depending on the location of the return, size and weight of the item, and selected return method. Delivery shipping fees or service charges collected on the order will not be refunded.

Once your order has been placed, our warehouse needs approximately 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. In most cases, your package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by transportation delays, invalid address, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information that has been sent to you for the most accurate delivery date. If your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 14 days of the payment date so we can solve the problem and have your items to you quickly. ​ P.O. Boxes - Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Some third party shippers will not ship to P.O. Boxes and only ship in Canada. If you are having difficulty with your shipping address, please contact us and we will see if there is another way of getting you your fabulous order.
